Free or Paid
The struggle I face with every publication
Every time I sit down to write, my heart battles with my mind.
I pour my soul into these words - and then I sit with the same question, every time:
Do I make this free, so it can reach the people who need it?
Or do I honour the value of my work and make it exclusive for those who have chosen to support me?
Truthfully, I love giving.
I love being inclusive.
I want as many people as possible to feel seen, touched, and inspired by what I share.
Because I believe so deeply in this work.
I know it can change lives.
And I want it to be accessible.
But, somewhere along the way, I got so caught up in giving that I didn’t realise how much it was quietly costing me.
I got tired.
Tired of doing so much unpaid work behind the scenes.
Tired of questioning if I’m "enough" when people unsubscribed.
Tired of trying to prove I’m worthy of being paid for the very essence of me.
I went in hard when I started writing on here.
I was doing one free post a week and one to two paid posts a week.
It was a lot.
I offered a premium subscription price, because I truly believed in the value of what I was offering.
But the truth is - when there are only a few paying subscribers, it gets harder and harder to nurture my creative spark.
I felt like I was giving from an empty cup.
And I never want to write from resentment or burnout.
I want to write from love.
From devotion.
From inspiration.
So after a lot of reflection, I've decided to make a couple of changes.
~ Starting now, most of my publications will be for paid subscribers.
~ I’ll still offer occasional free posts, because inclusivity matters deeply to me - you can expect a monthly musing from me.
~ I’m lowering my subscription price to $5.00 a month (that’s $1.25 per week) - because I want this to feel accessible, and I want as many of you as possible to come into the cozy inner circle with me. We’ll have our own chat room - think of it like joining me in ceremony with a cacao in hand while we talk all things Tantra, sacred sexuality and pleasure.
~ I’ll be publishing at least twice a month, oftentimes more when my creative surge strikes.
~ You can still expect to find Tantra practices, rituals, sacred sexuality tips, early bird access, discounts and Erotic storytelling - but this will be exclusively for my paid subscribers.
This way, I can keep showing up in a way that feels good.
Sustainable.
And true to my heart.
